Treasure Coast Wildlife Center
The Treasure Coast Wildlife Center is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, dedicated to the preservation of wildlife and the conservation of natural habitats. We are not a government agency. All funding for our efforts comes from public and private grants and from concerned citizens throughout our community.

Our purpose is to rehabilitate and return injured, ill, and orphaned animals to the wild, as well as offer educational services to the public at large. Founded by Jean Henry and Ruth Stanwood in 1974, the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center serves Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties.

About Us
Report
At the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center (TCWC), we are here to serve as caretakers for the community's wildlife through the combined efforts of rehabilitation and public education. At TCWC, we seek to establish compassion for nature that will assure the future of Martin County's unique habitats, ecosystems and wildlife.
Our Staff
Report
Susie Nash, our Executive Director, has been with the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center since 2016. She has been in management for over 40 years, she built five businesses from the ground up, and owned her own business. 24 years of her management experience was in orthopedics, so Susie understands the hospital aspect of our daily operations.

Education
Report
Education is a vital part of our mission at the Treasure Coast Wildlife Center. We offer several learning opportunities that are perfect for students and teachers, clubs and civic groups, families, seniors, and south Florida visitors. They provide educational, scientific, cultural, and recreational benefits to the community, while helping to instill far-reaching values.
