Established in 1963 in Knoxville, TN by Ernie Miller, Weather Tamer has been a pioneer in the home remodeling community for over 50 years. Weather Tamer opened its doors in Johnson City, TN in 1987 under Mike Howerton who is now the owner of the Johnson City Branch, and the company has thrived for 25 years and counting serving East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, and Western North Carolina.
