We have a library, animal clinic, grocery store, and public park only 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is named after the Old Red Bridge in Minor Park. We're just down the street from Minor Park which includes Minor Park Trail as well as recreational activities such as tennis courts and a playground.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

Claudia, Thank you so much for taking the time to acknowledge our team here at Prairie Walk Apartments. We have found, often times, that it is the small gestures that will take you miles. Thank you for always being so kind and making this such a great place to live! Monday 5/17/21 l pulled into the parking lot with 14 sacks of groceries ( l shop for two weeks at a time).
