We provide several convenient locations throughout Catawba Valley to better serve you in our community. We believe that all kids deserve opportunities to discover who they are and what they can achieve. Our Y focuses on preparing more kids for success in school and life by providing education and support, along with the physical and emotional guidance kids need to learn, grow and thrive.

We understand the needs of our community. To better serve those needs, we have several convenient locations throughout Catawba Valley, each having their own special programs and activities. There's no need to worry with multiple memberships with the YMCA of Catawba Valley, because when you become a member, you're welcome at any of our participating locations!

Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y includes more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and activities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.

We hate to see you go! If for any reason you need to cancel your membership, we are here to help. First, you'll need to come into your local YMCA branch and talk to one of our helpful membership staff. It is not currently possible to cancel your membership over the phone, through email, or online. Once you've spoken with a membership staff, they will get all the information needed to cancel your membership.
