When I called, the phone was quickly answered by someone 'who (actually) knew what they were speaking about'. This is NOT typical for the business!!! This is something new, compared to the companies I have dealt with in the recent past. ProKitchenOnline has a philosophy in business that is not like others I have seen or heard of.
