I figured Id try this spot which was closer to me. I wanted my forehead lines removed but after two visits it never happened. Compared to other treatments I had before this was the first time my lines were still very visible. $300 later and I felt it was a waste of my time and money. The doctor was very pleasant but I must find another place.

I called to find out some information about botox and I didn't understand what the girl was saying so I asked her to repeat it again and she got frustrated and told me to hold on never got back to me...what kind of business are these people running? Poor poor customer service u just lost 2 clients from me and my friend we wanted to do it together

I called to get information and make an appointment the woman I spoke with was so rude. Her tone sounded annoyed that I called. She spoke over me several times. I realize its Monday but if you dont like your job, then find another one. Or be happy with what you have, since many people are out of work right now. When will businesses learn that having grumpy people with an attitude answer your phones is how you lose business? They certainly lost me!
