Chuck Marshall from Marshall Law firm have been awesome to work with. He is very informative and answered/guided us to all the questions we had. After we provided all the necessary evidence needed he took our case. He was very professional yet easy going to speak with. He was able to resolve our case in a timely matter and provided updates on a frequent bases. We were always in the loop of what was happening. WORST FIRM EVER! I emailed Marshall in hopes of their help regarding a lemon car issue that I'm having at they never got back to until until TWO months later and even when I called and left a message they didn't pick up. Honestly don't even bother with this Firm they don't want to help people out they just care on what benefits them.

My son bought a car from a dealer up in Sacramento. The dealer told us that the car had a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty. We were also told that the car had just been serviced. However after 10 days, the engine had a catastrophic failure. When we went back to the dealer to ask about the warranty, we found that he hadn't actually purchased it.
