What RV site sizes are available?
We offer standard RV sites with 50-amp electrical hookups. Premium sites available in 30-amp and 50-amp configurations to accommodate various RV sizes.
Are short-term rentals available?
No, we exclusively offer long-term monthly rentals. Short-term stays, including weekly accommodations, are no longer available since June 2025.
What amenities are included?
Monthly rentals include sewer, water, garbage, and electric services. Laundry facilities, recreational room access, and picnic areas are available to all residents.
How do I schedule a move-in?
New move-ins require appointments. Contact our manager during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm) to schedule your arrival and discuss site availability.
What nearby attractions exist?
Our location provides easy access to Borax Mine, Red Rock Canyon, Turtle Preserve, and other desert attractions within a short driving distance from Highway 14.

Have been here since July and this place is amazing. Clean bathrooms, hot water, big sites. And the staff is amazing and always there to help.

Super clean, like a little oasis of its own out here. Lol Ginger is phenomenal. Not sure about WiFi or cable. Havent tried to connect. Down fall, weekly spots dont have septic drainage.

Just called this park and a recorded message told me that they are no longer open for overnight stays. Long-term only now. It's too bad this park made for a great stop over on the way to Bishop.

Small RV Park in the middle of the desert. Well maintained and has all the necessary hookups (elec, water). Owner is friendly and helped us back up into the small spaces.

This is a great overnight place. We have stayed many times in the past. New owners are friendly. They have 8 pull through spaces in the back with 50 amps. The only thing that prevents me from rating 5 stars is that it is all dirt parking. Maybe a 4 1/2. We will be back. It is passport America so only $20
