Priority Funding was founded in September of 2003 in Northboro, Massachusetts. The company began providing Manufactured and Mobile Home Loan programs in Central Massachusetts and then quickly expanded its service area to include five of the New England States, as well as New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, & Arizona.

Typically our programs require a 650 or higher credit score and that applicants be up-to-date on all accounts with no recent delinquency. We primarily offer loans for primary residence/owner-occupied homes in parks (or coops in certain states). Vacation home programs are available and may be subject to other requirements.
