I stayed at Baypoint in the past 2003-5, and my experience was so awesome that I am considering moving back to the property when I relocate from Austin to CC.
Yesterday I visited the property for a pre-scheduled tour, as soon as I walked into the leasing center, it was very obvious that the property has been remodeled quite a bit since I was a resident.

I've had a broken window for a week they told me they would fix it on veterans Day when I was out of town they disabled my camera... so I couldn't see who they were they have not fixed my window... it took them over a month to get me a new stove and the paint jobs terrible... Everybody from management to the janitor should be fired the security officer is a joke... They come into your apartment whenever they want.... This is the worst part and complex to ever live in.....

This place has a serious roach problem. First, I lived in in Building 6, floor 2. We had to call for pest control constantly. I ended up getting plug ins that repel insects, and the roach issue subsided. I decided to get a new apartment at Baypoint, this time in Building 11, floor 3. Plug ins did not help this time. Nothing helped...pest control, bug bombs, borax powder. My roommates below me said they had a roach problem too and found a nest with 40 roaches! Also, maintenance did not hook up my washer correctly and flooded my apartment. Management is helpful, but maintenance is overworked. And

Overall, nice apartment complex, a decent variety of housing options. I lived there beginning in 2014. The staff was friendly, for the most part. The prices are higher - most likely because of its proximity to the beach and military base. I enjoyed my experience in Corpus Christi, and Baypoint was a large part of my happiness there.

Was taken on a tour by Bianca and shown a gorgeous apartment! Bianca was extremely warm, friendly, and patient. Answered every single one of my questions I had. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and super spacious and the grounds were extremely well kept. The views were amazing and there were so many ways the complex had available that you could enjoy sitting and watching the bay. These apartments are awesome!

We have lived at Baypoint for over a year and just renewed our lease. We have been very happy. Maintenance is friendly and always prompt to respond to any issues. The office staff is very communicative and always organizing resident events to meet your neighbors. It is also a very dog friendly complex. The bark park is large enough for plenty of dogs to run around and play. The walking trail is also nice! The whole complex is clean and pest free. There are also many pet waste stations around which makes it super easy to clean up after your pet. Parking is never an issue. The pool area and hot tub

Do not waste your money! They are running a pyramid scheme and the resident's loose. They have little to no security, I have had solicitors come to my place several times and have had to call the police for disturbances. They have had cars broken into and mail stolen. In addition no matter want lease you sign they require 60 day notice, why sign a month to month or 6 month lease if you are still paying as if you had a year lease? The staff is unhelpful and do not respond to your concerns, they don't keep the outside areas looking nice, for what you pay it should be immaculate. Do yourself

Terrible place to live. Pictures on the website are very deceiving. Very few apts have these amenities. Windows are very old and you can hear everything outside. When I moved out was charge a huge amount of money even though I had the unit professionally cleaned. Mgmt difficult to contact and very rude. Stay away!
