What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-9:00pm, Friday 1:00pm-10:00pm, and Saturday-Sunday 12:00pm-10:00pm.
What is the minimum group size for escape rooms?
Escape rooms require a minimum of two players. Solo players must pay for two spots to reserve a session.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we provide discounted rates for groups of 8+ and private facility rentals for 40+ guests.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation fees range from 10% (14+ days) to 100% (less than 3 days) depending on notice period for individual bookings.
Are there age restrictions?
Escape rooms have no strict age limit, but children under 13 need adult supervision. VR requires players to be at least 9 years old and 4'5" tall.

They were really nice and accommodating even though we were running late. The rooms were super detailed and fun. I wouod definitely come back!

I've done a lot of escape rooms and I was really looking forward to this, but our room had a lot of issues and was disappointing. One of the puzzles was broken and they let us know, which is not a big deal, but a lot of the other puzzles had problems too. One involved using light (doing my best not to spoil), and the puzzle triggered on accident and they told us to undo it and do it the intended way. They also told us ahead of time not to touch anything with the big red "do not touch" stickers because they are not part of solving the room. Makes sense, no problem. Except that one of the puzzles

We were worried about this being challenging enough for our group of 8 adults. Turns out the hardest room "Ancient Egypt" has a success rate of 33% and kept us engaged the whole time. The staff was accommodating and kind enough to start our time late so we wouldn't be rushed after our dinner reservation ran over. There were minor issues with some of the clues and equipment in the room but they were able to get them fixed once we alerted the staff.

Was so much fun!!! Challenging, but achievable!!! Very creative and well thought out! We did the prison escape, excited to try others! I hear the Egyptian tomb has sand everywhere! Def recommended!
