Dr. Parrish is certified as a Diplomate, the highest level that can be achieved, of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Parrish was the primary surgeon in the Center for Implant Excellence at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic. A Kentucky native, Dr. Parrish received a Bachelor's degree at Western Kentucky University and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.

Connie has 12 years experience in the dental field and started with United Smile Centres in 2018 as our front office coordinator in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
