I contacted Energsmart to see if I could have my common wall in my condo soundproofed. The salesman assured me that having tight pack cellulose insulation would provide that. I have a loud neighbor and I hear her constant yelling at her child. I was told that the insulation would not provide total soundproofing, it would make the noise from next door muffled. Iwould of been happy with that. I had the wall going up the stairs, bathroom and kitchen walls that are the common wall insulated with high hopes. This company was terrible to deal with. Took over 2 weeks before they sent someone out to give an estimate. Bob Dion came out, the sales manager, nice guy, very informative, and I looked forward to doing business with them. My walls are all exposed to the studs and I wanted closed cell spray foam. I thought it would be a nice easy job, but I guess I was wrong. I was never contacted back. I called Bob after roughly 1 week of his visit, and he never returned my call. So I called roughly 3 more times, and left voicemails every time. Still have not received a call. I called the company to complain
