Theo Sherman joined the Great Eastern Management Company family in 2018. He serves as Property Manager at Park Apartments. He graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Kinesiology, and a concentration in Recreation/Hospitality Management. While attending James Madison University, Theo played on the football team as an offensive lineman.

Not only do all of our floor plans offer an abundance of potential to give your home its own personal touch, we also make life hassle free by offering an amazing utility package with most units.In 2018-2019, we updated the exteriors of all buildings on site. We have also moved our leasing office to building 200 and we are in Suite B! Stop by to be greeted by friendly faces and maybe have a snack or make yourself a coffee.

Where are you located? We are located at 200-B Rocco Avenue, just off of South Main Street in Harrisonburg, VA. Only three miles away from Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital (Sentara RMH) and one mile away from Downtown Harrisonburg. Can I apply online? You will then just need to pay the $75 /person application fee.
