Prolase Laser Clinic requires at least a 24 hour notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total treatment's cost. In addition to the cancellation fee, the client will need to make a pre-payment in full in order to schedule the next future appointment.
