Casey is the law firm's attorney and managing member. Casey is responsible for the management of the law firm and its clients. Casey works with clients to develop specifically tailored plans that help them achieve their estate planning and/or business planning goals. Casey is licensed in Texas and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

This firm concentrates primarily on estate planning, business planning, and different specializations within each area. From formation of the correct legal structure and mandatory filings to the procedural structure necessary for day-to-day operations; having a well-structured business plan is imperative to the success and efficiency of the business.

Medicaid planning is a specialized practice in law where we guide and assist families in the process of qualifying for assistance to pay for nursing home care without the danger of losing all of their assets. Even if an individual is already in a skilled nursing facility, there are still ways to protect the assets of the estate.

Special-needs planning involves the structuring of an estate to ensure that an individual may provide money or assets to a person of disability without jeopardizing that individual's access to governmental benefits. This process may also involve appointing individuals to help manage such money or assets on behalf of, and for the benefit of, the disabled individual.
