Here at Canyon Ridge Kennels we have been blessed with the opportunity to share our hearts and home with some wonderful dogs, who are first and foremost members of our family. Our love for these exceptional family dogs has led us to create a small kennel in order to breed and raise a limited number of puppies each year for selected families.

Teton is such a special guy. Not only is he handsome, but his personality is amazing. He loves everyone he meets, groans when he is petted, loves to run on trails and on the beach. You can see him in action on our "Video" page. His "dog IQ" is very high. He instinctively changes his approach not only to people, but to other dogs, according to each individual.

Sarah is from our Busy/Aslan litter and has the very best characteristics from both parents, with a wonderful disposition, attitude and is so smart. Sarah lives to please, and just like Sassy, competes in nose work trials. Sarah has earned her AKC Scent Work Novice Title and is now starting her advanced level work.

Therapy Dogs

Although we only breed and sell Golden Retrievers, we have other dogs that are also part of our family such as our two Rottweilers, Nikki and Abbey. Some of the dogs from our home have gone on to be Therapy Dogs, Service Dogs, and Crisis Response Dogs. Our Therapy Dogs have different callings, some are used locally at hospitals and schools or where ever anyone may need some love from one of them.
