Our mission at Body Control Pilates is to improve the health and wellness of individuals through Pilates based exercise. At Body Control we offer private personal training and a wide range of group classes to meet your needs. Pilates (pi-lah-teez) is a form of body conditioning developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century.

The method encompasses more than 500 exercises that simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles. Pilates is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body, the core needs to be strong and stable. In fact, stabilization is the first of six principles of pilates, that also include control, concentration, flow, breath and precision.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the start of class will result in the loss of class credit. We all need a little blast of Cardio! This class will incorporate spurts of speed, full range of motion and options for plyometrics! Come raise the barre with us! (Wear grip socks). This class is designed to get you in and out in 30 minutes while working your core and a whole lot more!
