Mission BodyFit

Mission BodyFit is a class designed for women at the start of their fitness journey and for those looking to get back to it. The class runs for three one-hour sessions each week. This class will challenge you with functional bodyweight movements using light to moderate loads. It is a beginner class that teaches you all the foundational movements of Crossfit to build strength, cardio, core, and flexibility.
Foundations Class

Our Foundations Class includes 3 intro sessions with a Level 1 Trainer, followed by a week of FREE classes, and 24/7 access to the gym. This program is designed to help beginners learn the skills they need. Participating in Foundations allows our coaches to get to know you personally and evaluate how we can help you achieve your goals.
Group Fitness

CrossFit classes provide a strength and conditioning program that consists of constantly varied functional movements. Our classes combine strength training with the traditional CrossFit cardio workout. In this class, the coach will lead you through a warmup and go over the movements in both the skill and the workout while providing a number of scaling options for you.
Forging Stronger Kids

Forging Stronger Kids teaches proper body patterns that kids will use their whole life. It is designed to improve and develop gross motor skills. We want to teach heathy habits to kids. We do this by setting up obstacle courses, workouts, and PE style games all while focusing on our core beliefs of using proper body movements to have fun.
