What are your office hours?
We're open Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:30 AM-3:00 PM. We're closed daily 12:00-1:00 PM for lunch and on holidays.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
We see patients by appointment only, but we accommodate urgent same-day visits when possible. Please call our office to discuss your immediate needs.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please verify your coverage with our office before your appointment to ensure we participate with your plan.
How can I get emergency care after hours?
For after-hours emergencies, call North Oaks Medical Center at (985) 345-2700. They'll contact our on-call physician. For life-threatening emergencies, go to the nearest ER or call 911.
Can I request prescription refills online?
We require at least 48 hours notice for refills. Contact your pharmacy to have them request authorization from our office during regular business hours. We don't process routine refills after hours.

My wait was not bad, maybe 10 minutes before being called back. I see Dr. Steve Gaudin, who has been my doctor for the past 10 years. He prescribes for my arthritis, high blood pressure & anything else that comes my way. His office is right here in the town I live in, too.
