We have enjoyed our first 52 years of service in the same St. Charles location, and we're excited to add a second location in Cottleville, MO. Collision repair services normally related to vehicle 10 years old or less. This includes all aspects of repair from minor parking lot ding to major collision and structural repair. However we do not offer restoration repair/refinish or fabrication needed on older model vehicles. This process involves the repair of rubber/plastic and composite materials that have become very popular on today's vehicles.

The answer is No. You do not have to go to the preferred repair center. The vehicle owner has the option to choose the repair center. You simply need to state to the insurance claim adjuster that you have an auto body repair center that you choose to use. The process from there varies from insurance companies.
