When coming back for a fill if the set lost more than 50% it will be considered as a new set. Clean your lashes DAILY! This is the most important thing to do to make sure your lashes stay intact and healthy. If you don't clean them often it will leave your lashes with build up crust and losing not only the lash extension, but possibly your real lashes as well.

If you have any questions or concerns about our pricing please give us a call or shoot us an email! Our waxing price is already low in comparision base on regular treatment every 3-4 weeks. There is an extra cost when your condition requires extra time for our tech to perform waxing. You know what you have so feel free to ask if there is any extra cost even though we always inform your upfront cost.

At The Bamboo Spa, we welcome all appointments and walk-ins. However, appointments are always our first priority. With walk-ins, we accept all kinds as long as we have the availability to do so. It will be "first come first served" so please be patient with us while we take our time to pamper others, as we take pride in our service and don't like to rush anyone.
