No Large patios for any available units. Pool drained, dirty and chained up. Overpriced and unsecured. Save your money.

I just recently moved in to this apartment complex I am so happy to call this place my new home. The management/staff (Christina & Jasmine) are on top of everything they made this move smooth and easy. Highly recommend this apt complex for anyone looking for a new home. Thanks!!!

We just moved in Saturday and their was a few concerns with my apartment very minor I emailed Christina and Jasmine they made sure to take care of my concerns within 48 hours. It gave me a comfort feeling to know that they will be there to help out!! Security is on top of it as well which makes me feel much safe!

Due to a job promotion I was informed I needed to relocate. I was given a two week window period to make the transition.🤕 Like many individuals. I went online and begun the daunting process of locating a place that could accommodate my needs, wants, and desires:: Reasonable and fair (Rent)monthly payments, Hardwood floors, a clean and well functioning gym and pool, onset parking and laundry room, pet friendly, yet clean from debris and trash, safe for children and open to guests, no headache or hurdles when a maintenance issues arise. Carlos and Will are great maintenance men. Very respectful. Carlos is very friendly and a great worker always comes to fix things with a smile! Carlos tells everyone hello all the residents he comes ASAP when I put in a work order. Will is great too comes very fast as well and tells everyone hello as well . Christina is wonderful to has helped me with many things for reasonable accommodations ESA animals etc very politeand respectful always with a smile. Way better team than what we had before

Well what can I say but from Drab to FAB!!! Love my new apt!! Very modern, very AFFORDABLE, NO Pests and NO insects! Property is very CLEAN and POOL area is very well kept. Gym is always clean and has the newest state of the art equipment. Plus the computer room is always a perk, whenever I need a quick print out. Play park for kids and basketball court are always clean for the kiddos. Love the newly remodeled laundry room, night Security officer and appreciate that the barbecue areas are well kept for entertaining. Im very happy to see the trash dumpster areas have seemingly improved and there

Staff has been great overall since taking over management. Carlos is out cleaning ever morning . Christina has done a great job bringing the community together and caring about the needs of her residents. This management crew has been the best in my 4 years living here .

Carlos the maintenance supervisor of Laurel Heights throughly went above and beyond fixing some things around the apartment, so fast and with so much quality of work. He also noticed the air vent filtered needed to be changed, and immediately replaced it... So ecstatic there’s a maintenance that goes above and beyond to keep residents feel at easy and happy.

I had an issue with my water very early in the morning and I thought I wouldn't be helped for a while.Within 10 minutes Carlos Martinez from matinence showed up and helped me better than I could have asked for. I had other issues I didn't even know about and he was willing to do more than I asked for with a smile on his face. Thank you Carlos!

The only thing is no bags for your dogs feces. Other than that it's a great place.
