Our wellness program is for those who simply desire a guided exercise and wellness regimen, or whose Medicare benefits have been exhausted and would like to continue with physical therapy.

Medicare Part B allows your patients to receive outpatient physical therapy in the privacy, comfort and convenience of their home. Any healthcare practitioner can identify the need for physical therapy in his/her patients. We accept requests for home care physical therapy from MD's, psychologists, social workers, nutritionists, and others.

Do I need a prescription? Yes. Medicare requires that we have a physician's prescription for physical therapy prior to your first visit. Please have your physician fax us the prescription prior to starting therapy, or direct him/her to our physical therapy prescription form here. Where do you treat patients?
