Growing up, I've always had a fascination for pools and wondered what it took to keep pools clean, safe, and well maintained at all times. While working at the YMCA, I managed their 100+ thousand gallon swimming pool. During my stay, I devoted my time and effort into learning as much as I could about the best ways of cleaning, maintaining, and repairing pools.
Every day, I strove to perfect my craft, which earned me the praises of my superiors and those who frequented the pool I managed. After 8 years of working at the YMCA, I decided it was time to spread my wings and venture out on my own, So in 2006, I established DQ's Pool Service, incorporated it, invested in a truck, and got the business licensed and CPO certified so I could start operations.
