Each space accommodates 50-300 guests with included amenities like tables, chairs, and electricity. The venues feature rustic charm combined with modern conveniences for seamless event execution.
Cabin Rentals
Eight uniquely themed cabins sleep up to 64 guests with options ranging from intimate 2-person suites to 8-bed family units. All cabins include kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and mountain views. Pet-friendly options available with advance notice and additional fees for animals.
Event Planning
Our experienced team provides day-of coordination and full-service planning for weddings of all sizes. We offer vendor recommendations, site selection assistance, and logistics support. Services include setup/breakdown, on-site management, and access to our commercial kitchen for catering needs.
Fishing
Catch-and-release fishing available on the Colorado River that runs through our property. No additional charge for this activity though valid Colorado fishing licenses are required for adults. The staff here are very friendly and treat you like family. The mountain scenery makes this place very special. There are a wide range of outdoor activities available, including horseback riding. I stayed in a room at the lodge; however, I did have the opportunity to see one of the cabins; it was large and looked very cozy. I give this place a very high rating.

The Winding River Ranch was a dream destination for our wedding!! We had many of our friends and family able to stay right on the ranch with us to enjoy the weekend festivities. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined, including the weather. We were so thankful for Kristin and Travis throughout the whole experience. Listen to Kristin, she knows what makes sense at the venue as she has seen it all! Our friends and family were over the moon in such a picturesque place. And, of course, we were too!

The Winding River Ranch is an amazing venue and our guests absolutely loved the beauty of this place. Kristin and Travis are so great and easy to work with. The property has plenty of room and things for guests to explore. The animals on property were a big hit and everyone loved the cozy guest cabins!

Our daughter and son-in-law got married at The Winding River Ranch! The property is gorgeous, and we enjoyed both the reason we were there as well as the staycation. Travis, Granny, Kristin, and the TWRR staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They have become an extension of our family! We have been back to their property a couple of times and find it to be one of Colorados most beautiful destinations!
