Scheduled my daughter an appt at 1045 AM for highlight and a trim. She did not get finished until 3 pm as the stylist continued to have her wait while fitting in other clients. I understand the tight schedules but our time is worth something and your schedule shouldn't be booked that close together causing you to sit her for over an hour with a wet head while you attended to your other clients. I called in requesting an update and she still continued to sit without an update for another 30 mins. The stylist was rough, painful, and rushed. We scheduled for highlights and the stylist did balayage

I will never visit this place again! I had a nail appointment scheduled on my last birthday, and the morning of, had me reschedule to a different day "because there was a mistake in the system". When I showed for the appointment, I was forgotten about for 35 minutes before I was seen. Fast forward to this year, I decided to give them another shot for my birthday. The stylist was nice, and really took her time to ask what I wanted and completed it really nicely. I had requested to schedule her for my wedding (bridal party) hair, as well as my engagament photos. I got all the paperwork for my bridal

I decided to treat myself and splurge. So happy I did! Ive had frizzy, unmanageable hair that Ive always hated since high school and I decided to get a Cezanne Keratin treatment. I went in for a consultation on Sunday afternoon and she already fit me in for an appointment on Tuesday. Diana was so knowledgeable, friendly, honest and just after one visit to this salon, I trust her judgement 100%. Im so happy with the results of the treatment. My hair was never this soft, shiny, and frizz-free. She took her time with me, did not rush at all. I would definitely do business with this salon

Its a very nice Salon. But I went today for my haircut and my stylist messed up my request. I had longer hair and I wanted to keep it like that, so I just wanted a trim (which should be about 1/4 of an inch). She ended up taking more than an inch off. When I made it clear I wanted a small trim. This is the second time this has happened where I got more taken off than requested.

I was very conflicted in writing this review. The salon is beautiful and the staff was lovely. It was relaxing and the pedicure was great. I also got a manicure and showed a picture to who was doing my nails. She told me she usually doesnt do designs and probably do not have the color and I said we could do something else but she said she could do it. It had lines incorporated and she was honest in telling me that lines were not her strong point. As a customer, I believe that she should have told me she was not able to do lines at all. The nails were not worth the $70 that I was charged for
