We've lived here almost a year. This place is great if you like being over charged to live in overflowing trash. Then being asked to take measures like composting to keep the trash down. Still waiting to hear where exactly they expect someone to do that here. It's also great if you want the office to take 0 measures to make sure people can get off the property after heavy snow and ice, but hey it was the day after Christmas so I guess it was too much to ask to prep for any of that. Would've been nice to be able to go to work though. Not like the rent is jacked up so high that you'll need every

My family has lived at Highgrove for 3 years now. Im very big on management when choosing a place to live and the girls (hallie, Mariah and Lauren) have been a great management team. They are very professional and nice. You dont find many apartments that offer townhouses and these ones do. We love our townhouse and two car garage. Affordable and spacious place to call home.

I have never lived anywhere that the office and maintenance staff get back to you/fix the problem you have so fast! Everyone is fast and efficient! Hailee is always so helpful!

The apartment itself is ok BUT To live here and deal with the office stuff and maintenance is horrible . I told you guys why .
1- Stuff are so rude except Hailee . ( You guys know better how rude are you)
2- Safety : over 20 cars has been jacked ( catalytic converter ) Stolen - We ask the office and even the manger to do something but nothing is done - Put some cameras to just let us feel safe .
3- Kids Playground : It's so dirty and mold all over it . Clean it please , kids who play on it .
4-cleaning : It use to be super clean but now the office stuff focus on how to get commission from rent

Weve lived here a year now, and it has been by far the best experience! The staff are communicative, quick with maintenance requests, and even a 24 hr gym! Especially during the Pandemic the staff has been amazing trying to accommodate everyone and their needs.

I lived here from 2016-2019 and recently came back in September. I love how ample the apartments are. Its extremely hard to find so much sq footage in an apartment. The leasing team is an upgrade to the people that were here before. Mariah is always super helpful and they always pick up the phone.
