Davis Aviation, Inc. was formed in 2002 by Carl and Paula Davis. Having worked in the aviation parts field for several years, they saw an industry with very poor service where companies had to "shop around" to find parts to fill their orders. They had a vision for a company that would provide unprecedented service where customers could find everything they were looking for in one place for reasonable prices.

Aircraft and Component Technical Services (ACTS) is a FAA Part 145 Repair Station (A1TR), and maintains Limited Airframe, Limited Propeller and Limited Accessory ratings. ACTS, a sister company to Davis Aviation, was established in 2010. Specializing primarily in Beechcraft King Air components, the staff has a diverse combine experience of over 80 years.
