Collaboration with the Cashton Area Developmental Corporation resulted in the expansion of the facility to include dental services. By 2000, a new Cashton facility opened in the old Cashton bowling alley, becoming the primary location for health services. In the Fall of 2015, the Cashton site underwent an extensive remodel and expansion.
More than 4,000 square feet were added, increasing space for the medical, health education, outreach and registration areas. Our Cashton Health Center, which is now a 14,368 square foot facility, has 12 medical exam rooms, one chiropractic exam room, three behavioral health counseling rooms, 14 dental operatories, a patient pharmacy, and two treatment rooms.

Coordinated: Your team coordinates all your care, including sharing information and records with outside specialist care, should you need it. Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a primary care model that offers services that are relationship-based with an orientation towards the whole person.

Scenic Bluffs is governed by a volunteer community Board of Directors, composed of 70% consumers who represent the populations we serve. Meeting monthly, the Board established and guides general policies and procedures for Scenic Bluffs. Since 2003, Mari Freiberg has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers.

Our Behavioral Health department is certified by the State of Wisconsin to provide mental health and counseling services for adults, youth, families and couples. We offer private counseling services to patients in a respectful and individualized manner.
