Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers has been dedicated to improving community health in Western Wisconsin since 1994. Poor customer Service moving a dental appointment to a different location that you have never been before without confirmation from the patient. Very upset and told now I cannot even schedule a cleaning for my kids. What do I do now?

We love Scenic Bluffs in Cashton. From the receptionists to our family physician and dentist EVERYONE is very friendly and willing to help in anyway needed.

I think so far the clinic has a fair rating to me. I've been going for a while and I hope things for my better health care continue to be helpful . I would definitely give this clinic a try. I now would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctors are rude and uncaring so I'm leaving the dump.

Today is a sad day! I first got to say the Doctors are great! I am going to miss Dr. Bade. The problem is the other staff. The last three times I have mad an appointment we set a time up and I thought all was good. All of a sudden two days before the appointment I get a reminder call but it states a different time! The first two times I was like accidents happen and juggled my schedule around to make the appointments work. The third time I called and told them what happened and they didn't apologize, try to make it right, they were just simply okay with me not bringing my family back after going

I have been going to Scenic Bluffs for some time now for dental, Joni, the hygienist is the best ever ! As for medical, can't say enough good things about Dr.Heberlein. Caring, knowledgeable, listens . Highly recommend these providers !

Been about a decade I've been seeing Dr. Bade, fantastic Dr. It's been reasonable, had some breathing issues last week and went in and just received a $500+ bill for a 5 min visit I'm not sure what to do but it's not a reasonable option anymore, just another gear in the medical excess machine. No real change in my income either, just married with a kid vs. Single. Pretty disgusted that they succumbed to the monetary focus of the mainstream medical system. Great Dr though.

Despite reading/hearing less than wonderful reviews of this clinic my Aunt opted to give it a shot due to the location ad how well that worked into her schedule. BIG mistake. The PA Gloria Degenhardt was spewing her tacky political views up and down the hallway and several of us women in the reception area heard her tackily sniping her repulsive… racist opinions that were heard by at least one of those ethnicities in the waiting area. Unacceptable on every possible level. While she knew at that point that this establishment would not be a part of her life we did go ahead with the appointment
