Nice on the outside, bad on the inside. Didn't pull permits for construction.
Unprofessional in the way they communicate. Be warned, as soon as they're done, getting anything from them is near impossible. Plenty of other options out there that would deliver a high quality pool and experience.

Extensive drainage issues on the side of the house.
Rude and unresponsive. As soon as the pool is done and they have their money, you're on your own.
Youll be spending more money after fixing problems caused by the construction.

I'm giving J.Bradley a "5" star review, because the patio that they built for my husband and I came out absolutely amazing! The "5" stars actually belong to the guys that came out and did the actual work. We had a good experience with J.Bradley and would not hesitate to recommend them to other prospective clients. His company is well respected in the industry and it's apparent in the demand for his services. Despite the increase in business compounded with a shortage of material and labor due to Covid, Joe seemed to manage it well. He would usually respond quickly and courteously.

We could not be happier with the way our pool turned out with J.Bradley. We had a general idea on how we wanted our backyard to be transformed with a pool and outdoor kitchen but needed help making it all come together. Joe was able to take our vision and improve on it with his ideas of layout and material selections. Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with and we are very happy that we decided to go with J.Bradley pools.
