The Equal Justice Wyoming Foundation strengthens and defends access to justice and civil legal services in Wyoming through fundraising and other supportive activities. Our guiding principle is that every individual should have full and equal access to justice, regardless of his or her financial means.
We do this primarily by providing grants to civil legal service providers and supporting educational efforts. We work closely with the Wyoming Supreme Court, Access to Justice Commission, Wyoming State Bar, Equal Justice Wyoming, legal service providers and community organizations across the state to accomplish our mission.

Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts (IOLTA) is a method of raising funds to increase access to justice for low-income individuals, provide civil legal aid to the poor, promote public understanding of the law, and improve our justice system. When a lawyer receives funds that belong to a client or a third party, the lawyer must hold those funds in a trust account and keep it separate from the lawyer's funds.
