I came on time twice and twice we waited an hour & had to reschedule in the end to get his check ups and shots. Plus reaching the office on the phone is impossible. Awful experiences. Im definitely changing his doctors office.

I would have given 5 Stars but try reaching them by phone or text....HA. 10 mins on hold is unacceptable. I finally hung up and they don't respond to text messages. Otherwise their medical service was very good.

I burned my foot on Mothers Day . Monday I called VNA to see me. they said they dont treat burns so I went to Med Express . Thursday I went to the hospital to have it looked at and they said to follow up with my doctor. That is VNA thou they accept walk in . I cant get an appointment when I call at 8:00 in the morning to see the doctor to look at my foot
