I am from Bavaria in Southern Germany. Half of my working time I spent at an IT-company as as bank software specialist. The other half I spent working as a Heilpraktiker (health care practitioner) specialized in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. I started practicing Synergy Yoga in 2003 and did my first training in 2005 in Encinitas when I did my 10 day intensive.

Synergy Yoga Retreats and Ten-day Intensives are great ways to immerse yourself in your yoga practice. Several retreats are held throughout the year at our Point Arena location and occasionally at other spiritually rich locations.
