For the last few years, I've been building spec and custom homes in the West Asheville area. I focus on smaller, single family homes built to last. I grew up in construction and worked with my dad my whole life. I framed my first house at 16. In a previous career, I traveled all over the United States doing commercial builds until returning back to my hometown of Asheville and starting Milo General Contractor, LLC.
Every project has my personal touch. I'm not the biggest guy in town, but I'm also not the smallest. I don't have project managers who take over the build, I will be with your project every step of the way. I treat each build like it's my own.
