I call my prescriptions in sometimes a day in advance but everytime I go in no matter how long it's been they say they just have to count them. Then they get them off the shelf and make me wait. Today they were just talking and weren't busy but still didnt have them ready. I hope that isnt your policy

Not a single person behind the counter was wearing a mask. Not even the tech dispensing the medications. Very unfreindly. Had an appointment, no other customers in the store and had to wait 30 mins.

I recently forgot to pick up a prescription that was critical to take. I called Luke's Pharmacy on Sunday and Luke answered from his vacation, he asked a contemporary to help out. Lisa came down and opened up so I could obtain the prescription. Amazing service and so kind of them both!
