We moved here from IL 5 months ago. The place was super clean sanitary wise and the staff was very professional, friendly, and informative. We have never done anything like this. We will definitely be back!!!!!

DO NOT waster your money here...This Place doesn't deserve the business they get! They are disrespectful and just take your money, they neglect to do their jobs well and we get disrespect and yelled at for calling to ask questions, they can't even give an apology that is decent. Our experience there was horrible. The room didn't get reset completely and so the puzzle wasn't solvable, and we used all the hints, we called back the following day to see if there was anything they could do for reimbursement or even a decent apology. What we got was anything but kind, a "well

They have high quality escape rooms! They have many different rooms and there is a large variety of puzzles between them. There is also a ton of puzzles per room.

Do not recommend! A worker, maybe the owner, called me and said I wasnt allowed to dispute a charge. (We booked a room and I showed up on time but my friend couldnt make it because of an accident out of their hands, then we couldnt do it when they arrived late) They refused to rebook or any refund. How do I not have the right to dispute the charge for a service I didnt receive but YOU have the right to call me a snotty bitch for disputing something? Im a business owner and you guys have a lot of learning to do!

We went in the " Punn" room. I thought it would be more fun. The puzzles were stupid confusing. The owner was not very helpful and was actually very rude to me, she talked down to me. I lost respect for her after that. The directions were very confusing. The owner actually came in the room and stopped us and swore we were breaking the equipment when the things are put together janky in the first place. COST? Way too expensive for the " fun". Costs way too much money, you have to pay per person. Only 2 of us went in. I would not bring my kids here.Save your money for some real fun.
