Buyer and Seller beware. Nice people but dont play by the rules. I was told a property was a done deal and then find out later it was still available. These guys do anything to get both ends of the sale. I contacted the owners and they were surprised that this was going on and stated "There was NEVER a deal or even close". When we finally looked at it my realtor said it was listed as a contigent. I told him it was available but when he showed me the listing it was indeed listed as that. He called edge of the wilderness and they just played dumb and said it was an accident. It's not an accident

Great local real estate company. Very friendly staff and conveniently located in Marcell. The convenience store located in dame building is great for a snack or cup of coffee and the gift items available were a draw for me. If you're a fishing person, this is the place to get supplies! They have a wonderful facebook account which is updated with information about the area.
