
My name is Lerida and I started NY CAKE POPS in 2009. I was born in Mexico and came to NYC in 2003 for an internship in a Museum. I ended up staying for love. After working at the Guggenheim Museum for several years, I am now married and a full time mommy.
I started making cake pops for my kids birthdays and celebrations in my tiny NYC kitchen, with the feedback I started receiving from friends and their friends, I decided to offer my cake pop designs and flavors to the public.As orders started to get bigger, I need it a bigger kitchen and found on as part of Hot Bread Kitchen Incubator program in East Harlem and with only word of mouth and social media, my business is thriving.
