Established in 2007, Mom's has been located in Kendall Yards since 2014. We offer custom tattooing, professional piercing and the largest inventory of implant grade jewelry in the Inland Pacific Northwest. Kendall Yards is located just north of downtown Spokane and offers ample parking as well as restaurants, shopping and easy access to the Centennial Trail.
We are the only shop within 130 miles with an Association of Professional Piercers membership; which means we exceed the prescribed standards of safety, piercing techniques, quality of jewelry and continuing education. Tattooing is collaborative: by its very nature, tattooing requires participation from the client/collector as well as from the artist. Whether you know exactly what you want or don't have a clue, a process of discovery will always happen. Tattoos are personal: because it is administered by a human hand (and not a machine), and worn on a human body, every tattoo is unique and means something to the collector.

Once an artist opens their books, their Project Submission Form will be open for a limited amount of time. When the form closes, the artist will review the submitted projects and start contacting clients. Due to the high volume of submitted projects each artist receives, we cannot guarantee an appointment for everyone, but we do try our best to get as many of you in as we can.

NOTE: we will let everyone know as soon as we can get back to a more normal way of doing business (see our "normal" policy below). At Mom's, we welcome folks walking in; our counter staff is always available to answer questions and help you figure out which artist may be best for you as well as schedule you for a free consultation so you can speak with an artist about your particular project.
Tattoo Aftercare

The application of your tattoo created many small pinpricks in the surface of your skin. They will bleed during the initial couple of hours following the tattoo process. The tagaderm bandage we typically use should protect your new tattoo while allowing you to show it to friends and family. Follow your tattoo artist's recommendation on when to remove your bandage.

Shandra Swilling (she/her) is our manager and principal piercer. She is a member of the Association of Professional Piercers and the driving force behind our Body Piercing and jewelry offerings. Shandra brings her love for design and fashion to her piercing services. She has an uncanny ability to understand your esthetic so she can recommend jewelry and piercings that fit you and your lifestyle.
