If your struggling with weight loss and/or looking for someone to help with your journey I couldn't recommend anyone better than Bahar. Being Skeptical at first of going to a "wellness center" but at a point where I needed to do something different as my weight was at an all time high and my health suffering I made the initial phone call and it has change my life ever sense. Bahar is fantastic!! I highly recommend working with her to discuss weight lost options. She is an amazing listener and genuinely cares her clients are successful in their weight lost. I was skeptical when I started if it would work for me but she assured me if I followed the program it would work. The fee was a flat rate and I met with her 1 or 2x a week over 4 weeks. I did the program twice in four months. The first time I lost 17lbs. I was pleased with the results but knew I had more to lose. After a month, I met with Bahar again and we discussed how I could still lose more to meet my goal.

I highly recommend Premier wellness center if you want to lose weight. It was incredible how easy and quickly I lost weight, I've just finished the 6 week program today, and I'm 30 pounds lighter than I was when I started on November 30th!
