Services
EMTT Therapy
Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT) uses high-energy electromagnetic pulses to target deep tissue pain and inflammation. This non-invasive treatment accelerates healing for musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis and tendonitis. Ideal for patients seeking drug-free pain relief, EMTT offers outpatient sessions with no downtime, promoting faster recovery through cellular-level energy transfer.
ESWT Treatment
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) stimulates tissue regeneration using focused acoustic waves. FDA-cleared for chronic heel pain and other conditions, it enhances blood flow and metabolic activity to repair damaged tissue. Patients benefit from reduced pain and improved mobility without surgery, with most requiring 3-5 sessions for lasting results.
SWIFT Microwave Therapy
SWIFT technology delivers targeted microwave energy to eradicate plantar warts by activating the immune system. This precise, smoke-free treatment avoids skin damage, requiring 3-4 sessions spaced four weeks apart. Patients experience minimal discomfort and immediate return to daily activities, with a 75% clearance rate in clinical studies.
Amniotic Injections
Amniotic tissue injections use CLARIX FLO to treat inflammatory conditions like plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. Derived from donated umbilical cords, these anti-inflammatory agents promote natural healing without surgery. Most patients report pain relief within days, with follow-up injections enhancing long-term tissue repair and function.
Biomechanical Analysis
Advanced biomechanical evaluations identify structural imbalances causing foot and ankle pain. Using dynamic gait analysis, customized orthotics and footwear recommendations are created to improve alignment and performance. This service benefits athletes and individuals with chronic pain, preventing recurrence through corrective strategies.

I took my daughter who has been having foot pains for a few months. We couldn't get an appointment quickly, but I'm glad I waited because Dr. Cononello knows his stuff and was able to diagnose the issue through his questions and observations. He gave my daughter exercises to do at home along with can order for custom orthotics. Highly recommend.

I am an active runner and have been suffering with Plantar fasciitis for the past year. I tried all home treatments with no success. After dealing with several bad flare ups I made an appointment with Dr. Conenello and he has done an amazing job treating my PF. Dr. Conenello and his staff are the best!!! I highly recommend this facility.

This review is not for the office itself (as I haven't been) but for Dr. Conenello, who deserves 10 stars. I had been looking for a podiatrist with a more holistic view of the foot (as opposed to someone who sees every problem as solvable only through surgery). I had planned to visit his office on a trip to NY but unfortunately had to cancel the trip. I called the office in an effort to do a remote consult; 2 hours later I get a phone call from Dr. C. We spoke for 20+ minutes on the phone and he was incredibly helpful and generous with his time. He referred me to a colleague closer to where I live
