MOUNTAIN WEST CONFERENCE Our Elite Girls Platform now includes the Development Player League. DPL is an elite league platform for top female athletes and clubs. We are now the only club with access to an elite showcase platform (SCNSL) and elite league platform (DPL) in Tucson and the surrounding areas.

Royals and RSL-AZ to provide a complete, professional pathway for our competitive players. The mission of Real Salt Lake-AZ is to be one of the leaders in youth development in the country as well as be the "Gold Standard" within Arizona.
We will utilize the resources and infrastructure of Real Salt Lake, RSL-AZ and our AZ/regional alliances to provide a complete professional pathway beginning in Zone 1, through Zone 2 and ending in Zone 3 with the Real Salt Lake/Utah Royals 1st Team.The individual will be the emphasis within our club so that each player has a specifically designed plan to ensure they are able to reach their maximum potential.

Coaches should provide a safe, healthy and fun environment for the practice and play of soccer. They will be responsible for communicating with the team. RSL curriculum and report to their AGC and the DOC. Respectful, humble and good character. Understand his/her role in relation to the 'big picture'.

RSL-AZ Southern Arizona is committed to making soccer available to players all over Tucson and its surrounding areas. You can see that our training sites range from as far south as Sahuarita and Nogales, to the north side of Tucson. RSL-AZ is also invested in building the soccer infrastructure in Tucson.

You can contribute to the longest running youth soccer club in Southern Arizona. As one of the founding clubs in PCJSL, we were there when Tucson soccer was born. Many do not know it, but we also developed Southern Arizona's most successful teams. On the boys side, Tucson's only 5 time state finalist, two time State Champion and Regional Finalist got their start here and won their first State Cup as the then Fort Lowell Premier.

These Bylaws govern the operation and maintenance of RSL-AZ Southern AZ Soccer Club (RSL-AZ So AZ), an Arizona non-profit corporation (the "Club"), which is an affiliate of the Arizona Youth Soccer Association ("AYSA"), United States Youth Soccer and the United States Soccer Federation.
Any person interested in the objectives of the Club, who is willing to uphold its policies and subscribe to its Bylaws, may become a member as hereinafter provided.Voting members shall elect the Board of Directors of this Association; vote on the amendments to the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations; approve the budget; and conduct any other business at the Annual General Meeting.
