A search for the right psychotherapist can be challenging as it is important to feel safe and accepted while expressing your authentic self. In my psychotherapy practice I focus on building a therapeutic alliance, which fosters trust and a sense of comfort in discussing difficult feelings and experiences.
I offer empathy and understanding. Whether you have struggled in your relationships, with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction recovery, life transitions, disordered eating, or past trauma, I want to support you on your path towards healing, recovery, and transformation. Ask not what the world needs.

About
Report
My practice is about deepening into self-discovery and self-awareness, feeling held with safety and compassion, and finding healing and transformation. I deeply value connection and am honored to get to know those that I work with on a deeper level. My passion for this field began as early as my teenage years and into college where I provided peer counseling and worked in a residential home for boys.
