Todd and his wife Lynda are the parents of 3 adult sons. They have lived in the West Michigan area their entire lives. They enjoy travel and time spent outdoors. A licensed builder since 1993, Todd has 18 years of residential and commercial construction experience. After completing the ASHI @ Home Study Course and passing the National Home Inspectors Exam, he founded Alert Inspection Services, LLC in 2001.

Comprehensive Inspections: Houses start at $350 and Condominiums start at $275, add $0.05 per square foot above 2,500 square feet in houses and 2,000 in condos. Our guarantee covers the cost of treatment if an active termite infestation is found at the time of the inspection or within one year.
