Air conditioner stop working. Called Jims 5 time. Left 3 messages. Wife I find out later also called them a couple times. No response either. Website shows they are open. Wasted a morning trying to secure service. Finally called Paschel. They answered immediately and is sending someone out today. Yeah for Paschel!

Jim himself is long gone, but these young guys keep the "old fashioned" service going strong. (Note - this company has changed hands a couple of times since Jim, and some of the old, negative reviews below apply to earlier ownership.) I could elaborate on any of these, but to summarize:
- I feel like their youth is actually an advantage; they are hungry and will take on anything; if they don't know, they not only will find out, the WANT to find out
- Prompt; if they are late, they call well ahead to let you know what's going on; more often than not, they are early (but still call to make sure
