I have a friend lives here. He has issues with a vicious german shepard that lives there. It has attacked 2 other dogs, one of them bad enough to go to the vet. And they are unprovoked attacks. Managment does nothing.

Very up to date, clean apartments and friendly staff. Have never had issues with maintenance or pest control. Great amenities and central to North Shore and downtown areas.
