Very simple, Jim Allen is by far the very best real estate agent I have ever come across. I am a real estate broker and attorney and deal with a lot of real estate agents. Jim is always responsive and on top of the situation. I sent Jim a list of houses on a Monday. The next morning he had already visited each of the three properties that I was interested in and had contacted all of the sellers. He had assessed whether not they were near high traffic areas and what the pros and cons of each property were. He managed to negotiate a contingency purchase in a market that no one wanted to wait for

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the Edie Israel Team. I was in a difficult situation needing to sell a home after the death of my father and move my 91yr. old mother after living in her home 20+ years. John and Edie were there for me every step of the way. They provided a thorough appraisal, connected me with a local moving company & took care of all the cleaning and repairs.
