We provide accessible, comprehensive, personalized, and friendly services to our community of Atwood, as well as the surrounding area. We welcome new patients and offer same day appointments for most appointment types!

Rawlins County Health Center providers are a group of caring professionals comprised of Physicians and Physician Assistants. Their goal is to collaborate to provide patients and families with state of the art health care and promote community wellbeing. Our providers are skilled in caring for patients of any age.
Cardiac Wellness
Report
The Rawlins County Health Center Cardiac Wellness Program offers a supervised and progressive exercise plan scheduled for hour long sessions. A small monthly fee of $35 (M, W, F) or $25 (T, Th) gets you a fitness program that meets your health goal needs. Cardiac Wellness does require a Providers referral.
Diabetic Services

Rawlins County Health Center offers people with diabetes (PWD) and their families a complete program to help them understand the disease process of diabetes. We also provide the knowledge and basic tools for diabetes care including healthy eating, being active, monitoring, taking medication, problem solving, healthy coping, and reducing risks.
24 Hour Emergency Room

The 24-Hour Emergency Room at the Rawlins County Health Center provides Atwood and the surrounding area with high-quality emergency medical care. For sudden or unexpected injuries or illnesses that pose an immediate threat to life, limb, or body function, our Level IV Trauma Center equipped with Avera eCARE can provide the immediate care you need, no matter the hour.
